Have you ever had those people in your life that absolutely crazy, to the point where throwing yourself off of a cliff would be a relief if they would just get off your back, but at the end of the day you know that you love them more than life itself? Well... It's been one of those days when that person was driving me nuts, and I dearly would have loved to jump off of a cliff. (With a parachute, of course. I'm not suicidal. :) I love myself too much to be.)
Oh, and have you ever had those people who never spare you a single thought, yet you'd wish they would? Yeah, the cute guy in your math class who doesn't even know your name, and yet you can't figure out a way to make him look up from his math book and notice you?! Well, it's been one of those days too!
But the worse part kind of relationship to have is where you wish that they'd care more than they do, but you know that they never will. I know, that didn't really make any sense, but let me explain.
I mean... I care. A lot. About everyone. And I worry. A lot. And I guess... That's okay with me. I like being able to care for people, even though sometimes I don't show it. And I guess, because I am an extremely selfish little girl, I like people to care for me too. And when they don't... It bugs me. Lol. Yes, that is the most selfish thing I have ever said.
Wow... I just went back and read this blog. This is pretty selfish. Ha ha. Oh well, I guess... I am a very selfish person it appears. Darn, gotta fix that one... Ha ha. :)
Well... I dunno what else to say... Oh! We have a stake dance tommorrow. Yeah... Fun, fun, whatever. I guess it'll be fun to dance and everything but, I dunno. Dances kinda inspire... drama? I think it'd be quite relaxing to get through one stake dance without an ounce of drama happening. That would make me pretty darn happy, 'cause, let's face it, high school drama is dumb and pointless.
It especially amuses me when girls fight over guys, or the girlfriend/boyfriend people make a promise to be together forever. Ha ha. I just kinda look at them and shake my head, thinking, "Oh, those poor saps. They still have the whole world at their feet, and they're trying to convince themselves that they can find someone they want to be with for forever here, at Provo High." It's just... weird. And ironic.
And, the girls who cry for hours when their boyfriends break up with them? I have to admit, I have little patience for that. I mean, they couldn't have honestly believed, or deluded themselves, into thinking that it would last forever.
Yes, I know, I'm a cynic, but being a cynic has it's upsides. (Yes, that was a touch of irony for my cousin Tinana. See, I know how to use irony!) When you don't se your hopes high and something happens to disappoint you, you don't fall as hard. So you see, being cynical isn't so bad.
And heck, for a pessimist, I'm pretty optomistic!! :)
Shout out to all of the football players (even though none of them read this)!! Lol. Good luck at the game guys! We totally have a chance!
GO BULLDOGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(And see, that is optomism! :D)
Love you all! And see ya later!

Lol I'm right there with you as far as being an optimistic pessimist. :) And don't worry, we all want to be cared about. If you don't, you're not much of a teenage girl. I like the quote/pics along the side of your blog. Are they Facebook? ;)
